Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Partner/Key Account Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our annual sales plan to achieve volume, market share, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribution Partner Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our distribution partners to ensure alignment with our strategy and priorities.
    • Lead the annual engagement plan with our distribution partners, including monthly business reviews and business planning workshops.
    • Align and track annual commercial KPIs with our distribution partners to drive mutually profitable long-term growth.
  • Key Account Management
    • Develop and implement our annual business plan at key account retailers to drive volume, market share, and profitability.
    • Understand individual key account needs to develop and conceptually sell mutually beneficial strategies.
    • Achieve volume, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Business Analysis
    • Analyze available data sources, including Nielsen and distribution partner depletion data, to track performance and make recommendations.
    • Review data from perfect store audits and promotional efficiency to generate actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in Key Account Management and/or Field Sales Management, ideally within FMCG.
  • Distributor management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communicator and influencer across different levels of hierarchy and departments.
  • Good presentation, selling, coaching, and training skills.
  • Numerate and analytical with an ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Able to work independently with responsibility and a growth mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and an ability to grasp the 'bigger picture'.
