As a Key Account Manager at foodpanda, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key partner restaurants. Your primary objective will be to act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner restaurants, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and account retention for your portfolio of partner restaurants.
- Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with partner restaurants to understand their needs and preferences, and work closely with internal teams to activate services that meet their objectives.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage daily project management issues, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet partner restaurants' needs.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an operational sales or account management role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and account retention.
- Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and draw inference from data, and proficiency in both English and Cantonese (fluency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Education: Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory, and knowledge in the use of Salesforce is preferred.
