Key Account Manager

KerryFlex Supply Chain Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with retail chains and principals to plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare sales forecasts and propose action plans to meet sales targets
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandise displays in chain stores
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key accounts
  • Prepare and present proposals to business partners
  • Demand forecast and revenue management to improve trade expenditure efficiency
  • Work closely with principals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • A degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of sales or key account management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Solid experience in managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in leading key accounts teams
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivate and good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in dealing with senior management and tendering processes
  • Good track records in account management and pitching new accounts
  • Good understanding of trade dynamics and category performance
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint
