Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at De'Longhi Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budget targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain close partnerships with key strategic customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Explore new business opportunities to sustain business growth in the long term
  • Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and launches
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand visibility and listing
  • Manage payments and process documents in a timely manner
