Lead Events Sales and Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets;
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events experiences;
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to create bespoke events solutions;
  • Managing event budgets and ensuring financial goals are met;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in events sales within the hospitality industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent business acumen and financial management skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
