Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify clients with high-growth potential across various industries. Use multiple channels including Lenovo sales team, key industry events, and industry networks.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their business models, growth plans, and pain points. Provide detailed information about the incubation products/services.
- Account Management: Once clients are onboarded, manage their relationships. Regularly communicate with the clients' startup founders, provide support, and ensure that their needs are met. Conduct periodic reviews to assess the progress of the startups and make necessary adjustments to the incubation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the business models and growth strategies. Ability to assess the revenue opportunities.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms. Experience in client relationship management and account-based selling.
- Networking: Exceptional networking skills with a wide network.
