Job Description

The Incubation Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our incubation business. This position involves identifying high-potential clients, evaluating their needs, and nurturing strategic partnerships to enhance our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
    • Prospect Identification: Utilize multiple channels, including sales teams, industry events, and networks, to research and identify potential clients with high-growth potential.
    • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understanding their business models, growth plans, and pain points, and provide detailed information about our incubation services.
    • Account Management: Manage client relationships, regularly communicate with startup founders, provide support, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that can bring additional resources, expertise, and funding opportunities.
    • Partnership Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Partnership Management: Oversee partnership operations, coordinating with partner organizations to ensure smooth implementation of joint projects.
    • Budget Planning: Contribute to the development of the business development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to increase revenue, such as premium service offerings or revenue-sharing agreements with partners.
  • Program Promotion and Branding
    • Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies to promote our incubation program, including creating marketing collateral and managing social media presence.
    • Thought Leadership: Represent our incubation business at industry events, conferences, and panels, sharing insights and success stories to enhance our brand reputation.
