Startup Ecosystem Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth and success of our incubation business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential clients, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the overall value-proposition of our incubation services.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
This role involves researching and identifying clients with high-growth potential across various industries. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business models, growth plans, and pain points. Once clients are onboarded, you will manage their relationships, provide support, and ensure that their needs are met.
Strategic Partnership Development
You will identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, initiate and lead negotiations, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the partnerships. This includes contributing to budget planning, monitoring and managing costs, and developing strategies to increase revenue through higher client intake, premium service offerings, or revenue-sharing agreements with partners.
Program Promotion and Branding
You will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our incubation program, including creating marketing collateral, managing the program's website and social media presence, and organizing promotional events. Additionally, you will represent our incubation business at industry events, conferences, and panels, sharing insights and success stories to enhance our brand reputation and position us as a leader in the startup ecosystem.
