Regional Business Development Manager for Premium Products

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Area Sales Team in Greater China to drive business growth and maximize sales. This role involves developing strategic relationships with travel retail operators, managing P&L, recruiting and team development, protecting brand image, and driving operational excellence at POS level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the P&L management of the TR Greater China region.
• Responsible for recruiting and team development.
• Responsible for protecting Brand Image and driving operational excellence at POS level.
Requirements:
• Keen interest and good understanding of the Chinese business culture to secure strong partnerships with operators.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• A global vision/understanding of the business and ability to build strong on-field actions.
• Abilities to coach, motivate, and drive performance of a multi-national sales team.
