Regional Sales Development Lead

T&G Global Limited is a global leader in the fresh produce industry, dedicated to delivering premium products to consumers worldwide. We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in Hong Kong.
About the Job:
This key role will involve managing and growing relationships with key customers across various channels. You will leverage your expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth and ensure our brands thrive in the Hong Kong market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Execute the sales strategy for Hong Kong in alignment with regional objectives
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and supply agreements to maximise sales and profitability
- Advocate for T&G brands and ensure strong in-market representation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Achieve sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer profitability
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Provide insights on customer needs, market opportunities, and sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, ideally within FMCG, fresh produce, or related industries
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong's retail and wholesale landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional, global teams
