Regional Key Account Lead

Zespri International is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Key Account Lead. This position will be responsible for managing key relationships with major distributors and retailers in the region, driving sales growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and joint business planning.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our regional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results. You will also lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint business plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage key relationships with major distributors and retailers in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and expand our customer base.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales and customer development, with a focus on FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing key relationships with major distributors and retailers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
