Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our luxury brands team in Greater China. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering results-oriented solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, manage trade operations budgets, and ensure optimal profitability.
  • Manage forecasts, track KPIs, and conduct regular business reviews.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in key account management, retail management, and marketing.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Result-driven with a strong sense of brand image and P&L.
