Job Description
The Floor Manager plays a crucial role in building great customer experiences that elevate store sales and deliver an inspiring atmosphere. With a dedicated team by their side, they lead in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through their team, they weave together a shopping journey that's genuine, personalised, and always welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high levels of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Analyse selling information and work with the store manager to maximise sales performance.
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters.
  • Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and developing progression plans.
  • Oversee store operations.
  • Be a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for customers.
  • Step into the role of Store Manager in their absence.
