We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key role in driving business growth. You will work closely with our Sales Account Managers to identify new leads, develop sales plans, and execute sales activities. Your primary focus will be on sourcing new customers and business contacts, demonstrating our products' technical features, and driving sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Reporting to Sales Account Managers on sales performance and project follow-up;">
  • Exploring new business opportunities and establishing excellent relationships with clients;">
  • Initiating and executing sales action plans directed by supervisors to achieve projected sales targets;">
  • Liaising with clients and site personnel to obtain specifications or direct sales of our products and services;">
  • Maintaining high-quality standards for all projects or orders and upholding the image of our company;">
  • Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation to after-sales follow-up;">
  • Preparing sales and warranty documentation and maintaining updated customer records;">
  • Conducting service/product reviews to collect customer satisfaction and feedback;">
  • Supporting the effective implementation and enhancement of our Integrated Management System (IMS); and">
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned if necessary;">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with solid project management skills preferably;">
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese skills;">
  • A good team player with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure;">
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and a hard-working attitude;">
  • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred;">
  • Possession of an existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers is highly preferred; candidates with relevant backgrounds will be considered for Senior Technical Sales Executive roles;">
  • Fresh graduates with interest in sales and marketing will be considered, with training provided.">

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • ">
  • Basic Salary: negotiable depending on existing salary and relevant experience;">
  • Guaranteed 13th month payment and quarterly discretionary performance bonus (after 6 months' service, normally 1-1.5 month per quarter);">
  • Annual Leave: 12 days (increased by years of service to maximum 17 days);">
  • Medical insurance plan (including annual bodycheck/dental benefit) covered for dependents;">
  • Other expenses reimbursement, e.g., travel $3,000/entertainment;">
  • Training allowance $5,000/year after 6 months' service.">

Estimated Salary Range: HK$60,000 - HK$100,000 per month, depending on experience.
