About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive our intermediary distribution business forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic partnerships with distributors and identify opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the intermediary distribution segment
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships, leveraging their assets to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional account management services, addressing all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client events and launch campaigns that showcase our products and services
  • Contribute to the achievement of team and regional business objectives by working closely with other regional teams on global and regional accounts
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in fund sales, distribution sales, and business development within asset management or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Compensation and Benefits

This role is expected to be compensated in the range of HKD 800,000 - 1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The exact salary will depend on factors such as qualifications, performance, and industry standards.
