Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Wholesale Sales Strategist to join our team at Aptitude Asia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and success in the asset management industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for wholesale clients, primarily in Hong Kong and China, with potential expansion across APAC. They will analyze and segment client profiles to prioritize engagement and drive sales initiatives effectively. The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and meet established targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for wholesale clients in Hong Kong and China, with potential expansion across APAC.
  • Analyze and segment client profiles to prioritize engagement and drive sales initiatives effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional wholesalers, including private banks, wealth management firms, securities firms, retail banks, and other online and offline distribution platforms.
  • Lead and manage projects independently while driving accountability for sales performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant intermediary sales/wholesale distribution experience in the asset management industry.
  • An established network and relationships with key wholesalers/intermediaries in the industry.
  • A proven ability to work autonomously on projects and initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with fluency in Mandarin and English.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
