Senior Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a Senior Sales Business Developer to join our team at One Paramount Recruitment Limited.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our intermediary distribution business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with distributors and identifying new business opportunities to achieve our sales targets.
You will implement effective sales strategies to grow and maintain our existing client base while managing all aspects of client enquiries and providing quality account service. Additionally, you will coordinate client events and fund launch campaigns with our client service, product, and marketing teams.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 4-5 years of related experience in fund sales, distribution sales & business development in asset management or financial services.
- A Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills including fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
