Business Development Sales Professional

About the Role
">We are seeking a talented Business Development Sales Professional to join our team at AIA. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share through various distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit marketing materials, including email campaigns and memos, to promote our products and services.
- Provide timely and accurate data reports to department heads, ensuring seamless review and analysis of results.
- Coordinate activities and promotional campaigns to engage with internal departments and external partners, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Must meet Insurance Authority licensing requirements, including education and qualifications criteria.
- Preferred qualifications include IIQAS, ANZIIF (Senior Associate), or other relevant professional insurance certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential, with strong command of both spoken and written languages.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
