Job Description:

As a Sales and Business Development Professional at Sika, you will be responsible for delivering pre-sales and after-sales service to project customers. Your primary focus will be on following up on projects and customer inquiries, meeting sales targets, and identifying business opportunities for sales growth. Additionally, you will provide technical service to customers on construction sites and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-sales and after-sales service to project customers
  • Follow up on projects and customer inquiries
  • Meet sales targets and achieve sales goals assigned by the company
  • Identify business opportunities and explore potential customers for sales growth
  • Provide technical service to customers on construction sites
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in Engineering, Building Services, Material Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential. Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Willing to meet challenges, able to work under pressure, and achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry
  • Driving license holder is preferred
