A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Role
The Senior Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling existing customers while developing new business customer prospects. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing sales initiatives, achieving customer retention and growth, and winning new equipment contracts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or business development
- Aggressive, proactive, positive attitude
- Customer focus, strong problem-solving skills, and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
