The Edge Partnership is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our medical device sales team. This pivotal role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can promote key products and services to current and potential clients in both public and private sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion through effective product presentations, demonstrations, training, and technical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs).

In this dynamic role, you will establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators. You will also utilize market and business intelligence to help develop sales and marketing strategies for existing and new products.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and meet marketing goals. You will attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote key products and services to current and potential clients
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training, and provide technical support to HCPs
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Utilize market and business intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Medical, or relevant science disciplines
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, preferably in interventional cardiology and structural heart implantation areas
  • A strong network with physicians is an advantage
  • Good proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills
