As a renowned confectionary manufacturer from France, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our corporate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new potential clients to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and analysis reports to ensure accurate financial planning and performance measurement.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury retail industry.
  • Familiarity with the corporate gift business environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing software.
  • Presentation skills, energy, self-motivation, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
  • Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this position.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
