Senior Sales Executive

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
The Role
- Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships to drive business growth.
- Lead a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance to ensure they meet their targets.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and business reviews with the sales team to ensure they are on track to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in the Media & Entertainment, IT Services, or Software/SaaS industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your targets and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are adaptable, thrive in changing environments, and are a strong networker and relationship builder.
