At BSI, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls and inbound sales leads follow-up, to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Proactively exploring new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conferences, as well as through market research.
  • Arranging client meetings to understand customer needs and presenting our Training and Certification services.
  • Identifying and capturing additional needs from existing customers to up-sell/cross-sell more products and services.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree level.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Self-discipline with good planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic with an "Hungry for Sales" attitude, be result and KPI driven.
  • Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets.
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards will be advantageous.
