Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Third Bridge. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and family offices.

About the Role:

  • Prospect potential clients who fit onboarding criteria, develop relationships to better understand their broader research needs, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Successfully transition new accounts to account management teams, including onboarding handoff, introduction to key client stakeholders, etc.
  • Assist the Regional Head of Sales with user acquisition and prospecting strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have some experience or knowledge in selling directly or indirectly in a B2B company.
  • Experience with selling to investment firms across private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and family offices is preferred.
  • Customer-centric attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone.
  • Demonstrable ability to create leads effectively with excellent networking skills.
  • A self-starter who can establish and organize daily sales activities with minimal supervision.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: HKD 40,000 - 60,000 per month (dependent on experience).
  • Vacation: 15 days (increases to 20 days after 2 years of service).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Cold calling skills and the ability to prospect.
  • 1-2 years proven new business sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills with strong communication.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated to reach sales goals.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
