Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to engage potential clients and schedule online meetings with our account managers. If you have a proven track record in sales development, enjoy building strong initial connections, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
  • Build rapport with clients, understand their initial needs, and guide them toward scheduling a meeting with our account managers.
  • Address basic questions and objections to maintain the client's interest.
  • Accurately log client details and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and scheduled meetings.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team environment and ongoing training to enhance your sales skills. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary of $45,000 per year and uncapped commissions offering excellent earning potential.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or telesales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
