Sales Development Representative

At BSI, we're looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound calls and inbound sales leads follow-up, to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and inbound sales leads follow-up, to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conferences, as well as through market research
  • Arrange client meetings to understand customer needs and to present our Training and Certification services
  • Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell/cross-sell more products and services

Candidate Specifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree level
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
  • Self-discipline with good planning and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic with an "Hungry for Sales" attitude, be result and KPI driven
  • Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards will be advantageous
