Country Sales Manager Role

Rashmi Metaliks is seeking a seasoned Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the infrastructure and industrial sectors. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of our pipe products and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for GRP, HDPE, OPVC, and DI pipes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies, water utilities, government bodies, and industrial clients.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in GRP, HDPE, OPVC, or DI pipes, preferably in the infrastructure, water supply, or industrial sectors.

Requirements: Strong analytical skills, ability to understand market trends and dynamics, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be able to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
