Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve planned yearly turnover and gross profit targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing concepts to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop the skills of sales team members to enhance their performance and meet individual and team targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives, product launches, and customer events.

Your Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare, sales).
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in diagnostic products, including knowledge of major features, applications, and advantages.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
