Diagnostic Sales Leadership Opportunity

At Siemens Healthineers, we are shaping the future of healthcare. We invite you to take on a challenging role as Head of Diagnostics in our global team based in Hong Kong.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising sales activities to achieve planned yearly turnover and gross profit in assigned national direct customers. You will implement marketing and sales concepts, strategies, and coordinate support for all marketing and sales activities, including new products, to achieve planned yearly turnover and gross profit.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for planning, coordination, and supervision of sales activities to achieve planned yearly turnover and gross profit in assigned national direct customers.
  2. Implement marketing and sales concepts, strategies, and coordinate support for all marketing and sales activities, including new products, to achieve planned yearly turnover and gross profit.
  3. Direct-sales customer relationship management.
  4. Coach the team to meet or exceed sales targets and improve profits.
  5. Keep close contacts with key customers, including new customer acquisitions.
  6. Support the management of existing instrument service.
  7. Coaching the team to enhance system penetration and customer satisfaction in interaction with our brand promise.
  8. Marketing activities: analyze national market structures, changes, and new market trends of the direct business, review with supervisor, and react accordingly.
  9. Support supervisor to control profitability of direct customers, key products, and instrument platform.
  10. Support and attend congresses, symposia, presentations related to assigned direct customers, etc.
  11. Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree and above.
  2. At least 8 years in healthcare sales or related fields and minimum 3 years people management experience, familiar with direct sales.
  3. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications, and advantages.
  4. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
