Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in key accounts, leveraging Abbott's diagnostics portfolio to deliver exceptional customer value.Build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders in healthcare institutions, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, drive market share growth, and optimize sales effectiveness.

About the Role

Lead the sales effort in top 10 Hong Kong market TAM accounts, driving acquisition sales and delivering plan sales growth.Nurture long-term relationships with inside and outside lab key stakeholders, expanding Abbott's presence across hospitals.Identify key acquisition opportunities for top 10 accounts through rolling 5-year long-range planning, building pipeline, and tracking progress.Execute country, regional, and area strategies to drive new business wins, working closely with Area and Regional teams, TSD, and other stakeholders.Conduct business planning, reviews, and monthly forecasting on key accounts to drive and prioritize sales activity.Ensure accurate TAM data and account strategy planning, implementing efficient time utilization processes to optimize sales effectiveness.Maintain strategic contact with key customers and associations, ensuring a positive company image.

Requirements - Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in science or related disciplines, preferably in medical technology, IVD, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industry.Minimum 5 years of experience developing and selling customized solutions to senior-level stakeholders in healthcare institutions.Proven sales experience in account management, sales forecasting, and planning, as well as people management skills.Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of successful engagement with customers.Fluent in Chinese and English, with additional languages advantageous.Proficiency in software tools, including Excel, PowerBI, and CRM dashboard review and management.
