Senior Finance Marketing Director for Institutional Sales

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Marketing Director to lead our institutional sales team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities- To drive performance in sales and marketing, trading business for BOCHK's local and overseas financial institutions clients, by staying abreast of market changes and client demand, providing professional advice on sales strategy adjustment.
- Maintaining high-quality day-to-day contact with clients, pitching and closing deals, and ensuring proper follow-up on post-deal tasks.
- Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with traders and other product managers of Global Markets, working closely within the own team to maximize business revenue and supporting other team members.
- Collaborating with other business units, such as Institutional Banking and Custody, to cross-sell and maximize synergy for the bank, while cooperating with frontline departments to attend important meetings and sales events.
- Coordinating internal departments to negotiate and sign legal documents with financial institutions clients, including ISDA/CSA/CDEA and related legal documents.
- Bachelor's degree, with at least 6 years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience with derivatives, structured, and other investment-related products.
- Excellent analytical and marketing skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn regarding the innovation and application of financial products.
- Adherence to professional conduct with good personal qualities.
- Licensed for dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on securities (Type 4).
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
The estimated salary for this role is HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
