Institutional Sales Senior Manager/Director/Executive Director

Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Institutional Sales team, you will be responsible for business development, preparing due diligence questionnaires, RFP/RFI, and working closely with investment, product, middle office, operation, legal and compliance teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional sales market.
- Prepare and present due diligence questionnaires, RFP/RFI, and other materials to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably in finance, economics, or management.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the asset management industry, preferably in institutional sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and products to clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and client needs to identify business opportunities.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners across different regions and cultures.
