Job Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cash sales and solutions to meet business targets.



About the Role

This role will be accountable for presenting and selling cash management-related solutions to new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include managing existing customer portfolios, deepening customer cash wallet shares, and promoting electronic channel capabilities.



Key Responsibilities


  • Present and sell cash management-related solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Manage existing customer portfolios and deepen customer cash wallet shares.
  • Promote electronic channel capabilities and work closely with CFS/Implementation teams to grow customer utilization of GEB.
  • Support new product launches by actively promoting capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Maximize business and revenue opportunities through product cross-selling.
  • Organize and/or participate in sales and marketing events for TB clients.
  • Source and maintain local/regional market and industry information, competitor product offerings, pricing, networks, and activities.
  • Identify product gaps and potential product enhancements/initiatives to further enhance local competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales discipline in updating all MIS, including sales pipeline, deal realization reports, etc.


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of cash sales experience, especially with local corporates banks, NBFI, and public sectors.
  • Implementation and client services experience for cash management deals or solutions is a plus.
  • A highly-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal, sales, and people management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Effective influencing and networking skills. Deep knowledge of cash management solutions and ability to understand NBFI client patterns and behaviors.
  • Certified ECF qualification is preferred.
