Executive Sales Business Development Manager

HKT is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join its Business Premier Sales Team.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Selling and promoting fixed and mobile services, as well as administration managed services to HKT's 14,000 SME corporate clients.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by formulating sales plans and strategies.
  • Processing inquiries and orders in an accurate manner.
  • Managing annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges effectively.
  • Maintaining trustful relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions and support.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably gained from the insurance/telecommunication industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, aggressive, and independent individuals.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.

We offer a competitive salary package including:

  • An estimated salary range of HKD $50,000 - $80,000 per month, depending on experience.
