Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at JC Executive Search.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives and sales targets, expanding market segments, and establishing strong relationships with clients. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality/Hotel and Catering Management is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales and commercial experience in event management.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve business objectives and sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Expand market segments by prospecting new client accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and develop a sustainable network of customer base.
  • Display sound judgment when dealing with clients' needs while achieving business objectives.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure smooth planning and management of events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality/Hotel and Catering Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales and commercial experience in event management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary range is HKD $60,000 - HKD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
