Sales Growth Specialist

Unity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary package including:
- A competitive annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000 based on experience
- An annual leave package, year-end bonus, medical & dental insurance, and more
The primary responsibility of this role is to meet and exceed sales quotas by selling core products and services of the company. This includes:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and partners to drive repeat business
- Preparing written presentations, proposals, and quotations to support sales efforts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in selling IT products/services, preferably in server, storage, or cybersecurity
- Experience in customer relationship management in the Public Sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills
