At Goldhorse Securities Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in business development and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Salary: HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist who can establish and maintain relationships with diverse institutional clients, achieve client acquisition targets, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of structure notes and OTC products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including securities firms, EAMs, private funds, and family offices.
  • Achieve client acquisition targets through effective pipeline management and sales tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle account openings, due diligence checks, and KYC procedures in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare sales pitching materials and present to clients as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SFC Type 1 license and at least 3 years of working experience in capital markets, preferably with a background in securities firms and derivatives departments.
  • Strong interest in outbound sales and a dynamic start-up company environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay focused and energized when meeting and communicating with new people.
  • Client-centric approach, self-motivation, business acumen, drive-to-success, attention-to-details, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with Mandarin and Cantonese being an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organizational skills.
