About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate B2B sales, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through warm calls, cold calls, and customer meetings to meet monthly sales targets;
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customers to maximize sales;
  • Collaborate with internal resources to provide solutions that meet customer needs;
  • Prepare service proposals and agreements;
  • Maintain organized call logs and update CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Associated degree holder in Business or related field with at least 1 year's experience in corporate B2B sales;
  • Result-oriented, ambitious, self-motivated, and with a strong will to win;
  • Ability to engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and challenges;
  • Good listening, probing, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work independently under pressure;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage.
