About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate B2B sales, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through warm calls, cold calls, and customer meetings to meet monthly sales targets;
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customers to maximize sales;
- Collaborate with internal resources to provide solutions that meet customer needs;
- Prepare service proposals and agreements;
- Maintain organized call logs and update CRM records.
Requirements:
- Associated degree holder in Business or related field with at least 1 year's experience in corporate B2B sales;
- Result-oriented, ambitious, self-motivated, and with a strong will to win;
- Ability to engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and challenges;
- Good listening, probing, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work independently under pressure;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage.
