About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through thorough market research and prospecting efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations to showcase our products or services.
- Manage sales conversations, addressing objections and negotiating contracts to achieve successful outcomes.
- Achieve consistent sales performance, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop innovative sales strategies and create engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze sales activities, reporting on performance metrics and providing insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the F&B and Hospitality industry.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge confidently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persistent self-motivation and comfort with making a high volume of cold calls and emails.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
- Travel availability for industry events and client visits.
- Experience with startups or small businesses is an advantage.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is required; fluency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
