Strategic Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at nextRoles. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and new opportunities.
Responsibilities- Identify and explore new business opportunities through outbound activities, including cold-calling and pitching to prospective clients across multiple segments and markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand clients' needs and pain points, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Maintain a high level of outbound activity and a quality sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Achieve assigned sales targets that align with Company objectives and direction.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (hunter) with a solid track record of delivering or exceeding sales targets and relevant KPIs.
- Typically a high-achiever mindset with excellent outbound skills, self-motivation, energy, and accountability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of English (spoken & written) and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a passion to learn and grow.
