Job Summary

Lrqa is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Account Development: Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  3. Pipeline Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely identification of new business opportunities and effective account planning.
  4. Contract Renewals: Proactively manage contract renewals to minimize the risk of loss and ensure smooth business continuity.
  5. Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and account planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account development and sales strategy in a business assurance or related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with ability to engage with senior-level customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the business assurance sector and industry trends.
  • Relevant degree or commensurate education qualification.
