Job Overview


This role is part of our Wealth and Personal Banking team, focusing on growing engagement with customer segments and driving business targets. We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join us as a Strategic Partnership Growth Manager (Cards & Unsecured Lending).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit card business strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Innovate and commercialize new usage propositions and initiatives to drive adoption and usage with external retail/payments partners.
  • Build synergy with the wider Wealth & Personal Banking and other lines of business to drive win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective partnerships with strategic retail and payments partners to drive sustainable spend growth in a cost-effective manner.
  • Drive commercial outcomes with merchant partners to foster mutual customer growth.
  • Analyze and optimize profits and reduce costs through reviewing and coordinating initiatives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance to Group standards and audit directives.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A university degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' working experience in credit cards or payments industry, or other banking products management with a good understanding of product profitability dynamics.
  • Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive win-win partnerships in both tactical and long-term basis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in internal or external partnerships development or management.
  • Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes.
  • Good knowledge in compliances and regulatory requirements.


Salary Information


The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.
