This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing brand visibility, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with brands, organizations, and influencers that align with Gentry Club's mission.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance brand awareness and member engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Events, Membership, and Communications, to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and mutual benefit.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or business development.
- Proven track record of successful partnership negotiations and management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
