Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to drive business expansion through strategic relationships with high-value clients, Affiliates, and Brokers. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence in key segments, ensuring long-term success through innovative solutions tailored to the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify and develop new partnerships with top Affiliates and Brokers, and customize solutions to cater to their unique needs.
- VIP Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing VIP clients, providing timely and satisfactory customer service and issue resolution.
- Social Media and Community Engagement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media platforms, such as YouTube and TikTok, and engage with the blockchain influencer community.
- Event Representation: Attend conferences and represent Crypto.com, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, increasing awareness of our products and services.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market and competitor trends in the crypto space, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Crypto Experience: 1+ year of experience in the digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain space, with a strong network of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
- Digital Asset Knowledge: Excellent understanding of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other related financial instruments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of professional written and oral English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
