Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Capital Access Limited is a prominent venture capital firm specializing in early-stage and early-growth investments in China, with a focus on new economy sectors.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing positive relationships with key government entities, including the Hong Kong government, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, technology parks, and Hong Kong Cyberport.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Partners to develop and execute strategies for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support investee entities in their interactions with local partners, assisting them in navigating project execution in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
- Contribute to Investor Relations (IR) activities, working closely with other Partners to fulfill designated responsibilities.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Partners.
**Requirements:**
- A Master's degree or higher from a reputable institution, preferably from one of China's 985 universities or a prestigious overseas institution. Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred.
- Strong understanding of the economic development landscape in Hong Kong and Mainland China, with knowledge of VCs and leading startups in China. Experience working in Mainland China is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and writing abilities, with fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.
**Estimated Salary:** HKD 800,000 - 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
