Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop digitally enhanced experiences that will impact the lives of millions and create a healthier future for everyone.
About the Role
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will provide management information, analysis, and insights to formulate business plans and partnership strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing management and performance reporting with analysis and recommendations for various management groups and stakeholders.
- Supporting sales teams with market insights and competitive analysis.
- Designing, building, maintaining, and controlling/managing the Partnership Distribution database and reporting tool.
- Analyzing all informational requirements, developing database specifications, and enforcing all database standards.
- Coordinating budget planning/forecasting processes and sales target settings.
- Ensuring compliance with local budget and expense guidelines, establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls.
Minimum Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A university degree with 3-5 years of working experience in financial analysis, management reporting.
- Experience in insurance/financial services is preferred.
- The ability to share insights and propose new ideas in business solutions.
- Strong analytic capabilities and time management skills.
- A positive mindset and self-motivation.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools for developing financial models, data analysis, and management presentations.
- A good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- The ability to obtain relevant licenses if required for regulated activities.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of approximately HKD $120,000 - HKD $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
