Strategic Business Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partnership Development Manager to join our team at AIA International Limited. In this role, you will play a crucial part in formulating business plans and partnership strategies that drive growth and success for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide management information, analysis, and insights to support business planning and partnership development
- Support sales teams with market insights and competitive analysis
- Design, build, maintain, and control the Partnership Distribution database and reporting tool
- Analyze informational requirements, develop database specifications, and enforce database standards
- Coordinate budget planning, forecasting, and sales target setting
- Ensure compliance with local budget and expense guidelines, establish internal controls
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by direct manager and department heads
- University degree with 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, management reporting
- Experience in insurance/financial services preferred
- Curious and courageous to share insights and propose new ideas in business solutions
- Strong analytical capability and time management skills
- Positive mindset, self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools for developing financial models, data analysis, and management presentations
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Obtain relevant license if job involves regulated activities
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
