About this role

We are seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager in Wealth and Personal Banking. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain partnerships with retail and payments partners to drive sustainable spend growth in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement credit card business strategies to deliver business targets
  • Grow engagement with all customer segments and respective profitability
  • Develop, grow and maintain partnership with retail and payments partners
  • Innovate and commercialize new usage propositions and initiatives
  • Build synergy with the wider Wealth & Personal Banking and other lines of business
  • Review and coordinate initiatives to optimize profits and reduce costs
  • Keep track of credit card business performance and product profitability
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance to Group standards and audit directives are met

Requirements

  • University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in credit cards, or other banking products management
  • High degree of personal drive and resilience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in internal or external partnerships development or management
  • Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking
  • Strong understanding across different business units in Wealth and Personal Banking
  • Good knowledge in compliances and regulatory requirements
