Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Director to join our team at King Deux Search & Consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively research and identify potential partners that align with the company's brand, target audience, and business goals.
  • Develop and pitch partnership proposals that outline mutually beneficial collaborations, including co-marketing campaigns, event activations, content partnerships, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract negotiations to ensure timely execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong, collaborative working relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective co-marketing strategies, including joint content creation, social media amplification, and joint event planning.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, generating reports and insights to inform future partnership strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the retail, shopping malls, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating, implementing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive tangible business results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify, evaluate, and pitch partnership opportunities.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to measure the success of partnership initiatives and inform future strategies.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
